Human rhinovirus 1A (HRV1A) This is the 5' NC and p1 sequence of Rhinovirus strain 1A from Gus Cordova of Dupont. It was determined by RTase and a battery of primers and was not done on both strands. The sequence was sent to ACP on Dec. 21, 1987 by Gus, and is a PERSONAL COMMUNICATION and is not to be passed out without permission of ACP. The sequence was proofed by typing it in twice by ACP.
